Shelly Hilliard, born and raised in Southern California, currently resides in the Sea Cliff community with her husband of 25 years and two sons. Active within the community, she enjoys all that sunny Orange County has to offer. She is a competitive tennis player, loves paddle boarding, and is an active volunteer at her children's schools.
