Shelly was an absolute Godsend for my husband and me! I heard about her from two coworkers who highly recommended her. We just closed on our first house and despite all of the horror stories we had heard about the homebuying process, it was surprisingly easy thanks to Shelly! She was quick and responsive to any questions we had, was accomodating to our night-shift work schedules, and would send helpful reminders when it was time to sign paperwork or do any other tasks that we needed to do. She made a complicated process as easy as could be - during both a pandemic and a snow storm!

As a renovator and fellow realtor, Shelly called me up and said I’ve got a property that is not going to appeal to everyone, but I think you can do something with it. Because she knows her market and listened to her seller, knowing they wanted an easy, as-is sale she knew who the potential buyers were and reached out to them.
She saved them the hassle of days of multiple showings and brought a buyer that made a reasonable offer that they accepted. They were happy and I, the buyer, has a project I can sink my teeth into.
