Shenah Mangrum was absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication with her was easy and she was always quick to respond. She listened to our list of needs and helped us to find a number of properties to choose from that checked all the boxes! Shenah also went above and beyond to help us with coordinating our purchase and closing dates with our out of state property sale as well. Shenah Mangrum is one of the best!!! We will be referring her to friends and family and will seek her help again should we need to in the future!

I absolutely adore Shenah! She made a tough time a lot easier. Even when dealing with a bunch of nonsense from the original owner she handled business and got us there and didn’t put up with any of it! We are extremely picky people and went through at the least 12 houses maybe more and she stayed patient and professional with us through it all.

First let me say shenah mangrum was a breath of fresh air , after dealing with different realtors we finally connected with someone genuine , kind and honest!! The effort and work she put into finding us our first house goes beyond anything we could’ve envisioned. I’d recommend her 10 out of 10 times to anyone looking to purchase a home. Even the times when it got rough because we were getting outbid, or people were going over asking she kept our spirits up and told us we’d get our dream home. Hands down this women is amazing and you will not go wrong having her as your agent! When we buy again we are def going back to shenah !!!!
