Shepard Skiff

Shep is a seasoned luxury real estate advisor with more than 15 years of experience (4 at Compass and 11 with Sotheby’s International Realty) with an unusually broad range of expertise in New York City. He has built a reputation based on honesty, discretion, and trust with his repeat clients and within the brokerage community. Shep has cultivated an extensive understanding of the varied complexities associated with any given sale in a hyper-competitive marketplace. From townhouses and cooperatives to downtown lofts and new development, Shep's experience is all encompassing, and he takes great pride in delivering meticulous guidance every step of the way to achieve his clients' goals.

Raised in New England and Los Angeles, Shep went to prep-school in Massachusetts and Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He is a lifelong sportsman, was an accomplished college lacrosse player, plays a range of racquet games, is an avid golfer and a NYC 3 x marathon runner. He also believes in a life balanced by paying back the opportunities he's been afforded, and he volunteers with Citylax and The Church of the Ascension Food Pantry. In his spare time, he enjoys painting, playing the guitar, gardening, photography and travels extensively. A Brooklyn resident for 15 years, he resides in Park Slope.
