She thrives on acting as a negotiator between buyers and sellers, coordinating and accompanying clients to property sites for showings; herald financing and inspections; creating attention grabbing MLS listings; assisting in staging, photographing, and marketing homes; preparing documents such as purchase agreements, listing agreements, and leases; studying, then applying new technology trends to help market listings; discussing conditions of sales; and preparing contracts for a smooth transaction.
