Sherene Mayner

Sherene is an Austin native and has watched the city grow and change over years. Before becoming a realtor®, Sherene earned her BBA in Computer Information Systems and a master’s in educational leadership at Southwest Texas State/Texas State. She has had a career as a computer programmer and a career as a middle school teacher, working with special education students and teaching sixth grade science.

When Sherene entered the real estate profession, she did so because of her love for real estate and a natural drive to help people. Sherene will always put people before profits! It is important to her that whether you are buying, selling, investing, or leasing a property, you will get the best possible terms for your transaction and have someone you can trust to negotiate on your behalf. She will educate her clients about the current market and if it is your first time to buy/sell/invest/lease a property, she will make sure that you have a clear understanding of the process and what to expect from contract to close! In her first year as a realtor® she was awarded Rookie of the Year by her broker and last year she finished in the top twenty in sales at her brokerage with over six hundred agents!

One of the things that Sherene values the most is getting referrals from you! I Her business depends on it! She knows when you give a referral you want to make sure that whoever you refer will have a wonderful experience. Sherene will treat everyone as if they were her own friends and family. You can trust that she will make you look good!

When Sherene is not selling real estate, she is spending time with her family and friends, constantly remodeling her house, volunteering, and attending dance conventions with her daughter.
