Sherese is AMAZING!!! She was with me every step of the way and never had a hidden agenda. For 2 years she helped me search for my 1st home. She took the time to sit down with me and helped me understand the home buying process and what payments would look like at each home we found. I highly recommend Sherese especially for Veterans using their VA loan. She has extensive knowledge about the VA loan when most others didn't. I am now a proud homeowner and I thank Sherese for helping me through this process.

Sherese was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was the listing agent but was a bigger advocate for me than my own agent. Sherese is professional, caring and extremely trustworthy. Still to this day, if I need anything I can reach out to her and know she will respond quickly with precise and accurate information. We have had the pleasure of working with Sherese Lopez on the sale of our home and the purchase of another. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable through both transactions and she worked diligently to assure the best outcome.
Sherese hosted an Open House weekend for our existing home and presented us with 29 offers.

Sherese goes above and beyond for every client no matter how hard things can get in the buying or selling process. She makes sure all inspections are complete and the client is informed every step of the way. Sherese makes sure your contract is exactly the way you ask for it to be presented and all work is done accordingly. She has great referrals for inspections and repair work needed. I always knew she had my back through thick and thin. If your looking for an honest realtor that goes above and beyond Sherese is your lady. She is there after the sale or purchase to answer any questions you have and has many years experience in the industry. Sherese is an awesome, highly experienced, Realtor! We were a VA buyer in search for our first home purchase. Sherese was patient with us with our countless questions and as we narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. She spent many weekends with us showing us properties until we found "the one", while navigating all of the restrictions surrounding COVID-19. We cannot say enough praises for Sherese Lopez. She advised us on how a VA loan works and the differences with normal loan requirements. Sherese provided excellent expertise and personal service in helping us find a home that we will eventually retire into. In fact, we chose a place that was an hour and 45 minutes drive from our initial area with her leading the way. She was dedicated to finding homes within our criteria and budget. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a home to buy or sell.
