Sheri is one of those rare caring realtors. Stayed with my wife and I throughout the entire process of reviewing different neighborhoods, analyzing price vs value and appreciation potential. We were pretty picky with what we wanted. And Sheri nailed that with the home we bought in Erie. Can't say enough good things about her skills and caring approach!

I can't say enough about our experience with Sheri Brown. As a result of a company relocation, my wife and I needed to move to Boulder, CO from Illinois. Sheri spent the time to learn what we loved about our house in IL and how we envisioned our lives in CO.
She showed us areas she thought we might like, and listened to us throughout the process. In a very difficult real estate market, Sheri advised us on bid strategy and negotiation. In the end, we found a house we love and were able to secure it because of Sheri's relationship with the listing agent. I would highly recommend Sheri Brown to anyone needing a top flight real estate agent.

Sheri did a great job helping us find our first CO home. Coming from TX, we really didn’t know much about the market here, but she patiently took us to see a wide variety of homes until we were able to refine our requirements. Once we put in our offer, she also helped us through the rest of the buying process. In particular, when our lender started dropping the ball, she kept after them through multiple phone calls until we reached a successful closing. We would definitely work with her again!

I met Sheri on a fluke when purchasing a new build for my in-laws in 2016. Since then I have used Sheri on several investment purchases. Some of those purchases have gone very smoothly. However, this last one Sheri really earned her commission and my respect. Her patience and knowledge with an extremely uncooperative and less than forthcoming seller prevailed. In a sea of many get rich quick fly by night, and unethical realtors, Sheri stands out far above the others. Her ethics and knowledge are outstanding.

Sheri helped my son with the purchase of 2 homes since he relocated to CO from CA. She goes way above and beyond the call of duty. She worked with him over a large geographical area and for an extended period of time. He's very picky but with Sheri's guidance, he certainly got his dream home! She knows everything about contracts and protected his interests every step of the way. Go to her if you want someone experienced and knowledgeable who works hard for her client. She even handled me, the nosy mother without batting an eye!
