Sheri was very attentive with our needs regarding finding our first home. It's a very exciting and stressful process but with Sheri guiding us, it was actually very smooth. She always fought for us when the deal seemed unfair and she is willing to give her opinion if asked. With us being so new to the real estate world, we asked a lot of questions and for her opinion. Sheri & Shawna are two of the best Real Estate Agents in the NW! Our home buying experience was met with professionalism, understanding and most of all CARE. Shawna & Sheri met us out on a farm at our 1st meeting & listened to our wants, needs and desires. Half way through our buying experience our taste changed, from no way can we do this farm dream and without an eye blink Shawna was able to pick up what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted by getting to know us personally. She asked simple questions and listened to what we loved to do in the evening with our family and our fury kids mattered too. She knew our like and dislikes, sometime better than we did when we walked through a house. Her suggestions, letting me do my nightly search and gladly walking a few houses each night for months. Ultimately together with lots of laughter, texts, and seriousness we find our DREAM home not our SETTLE home in a hard market! Sheri was beyond impressive to work with during the entire process of purchasing my new home. I admit, I was a little intimidated by the thought of buying my first house. Especially within the time frame my situation required, not to mention the specifics I had in mind. Sheri put me at ease, she knew the market inside and out; knowledge and relationships from her 25 years experience in the area proved to be invaluable. She connected me with exceptional mortgage and inspection professionals, and learned what was important to me by listening. One of the great things about Sheri is that she's creative and can help identify great opportunities that others might overlook. I told her from the start some of the different expectations I was looking for in a home and she never failed to aim for the target. Multiple times I requested to change my search settings and she was always quick to fulfill my needs, enabling me to easily navigate through my different house options. There were a couple times when I happened to be out of state while coming across a possible home, when her timely assistant Shawna was available to meet my schedule -and actually face time me while walking through houses that just went on the market! Sheri took care of the entire process -finding the right home, researching the right information, and helping me understand each step along the way. I must say, building a positive relationship with the seller didn't hurt either. With Sheri, I never felt pressured. There was a time when she didn't think a house was the right fit for me and was sincere enough to explain things I hadn't thought of, or may have overlooked. Her communication skills were the bridge to my ideal home, impressed would be an understatement. The BEST thing about working with Sheri, though, is that she is extremely flexible and responsive, really going above and beyond to serve her clients. In fact, when I had questions about how to operate my sprinkler system weeks after I had the keys to my new home, she didn't surprise me a bit by promptly following up with the seller's and forwarding the information I needed.
