My wife and I had the chance to contract Sheri as our real estate agent. It was our lucky day! We had been searching for a house in the CDM area, preferably in the flowery streets, and we worked with several real estate agents during many months. It was a tight, supply-constrained market where houses were being sold in one week so very often we were advised to offer more than the listing price.
Sheri was completely different. First of all she would not switch on any automatic feed of new houses coming online, instead she would send houses she thought would be a good fit for us and based on our feedback gradually would refine her understanding of what we are looking for. And once she found the house we loved (with a listing price several hundred thousand more than our budget) she said to us: you let me know if you like the house, the price is my job. True enough! She negotiated the price down pretty close to our potential budget! Lowering the price down, at a time when almost everyone was telling us to bid higher than the list price, was a miracle :).

In addition to it, during the whole escrow and closing Sheri went above and beyond to facilitate every step of the process. Let me just mention that she went in person three times to the city to make sure the documentation and the inspections were done correctly. Mind you this was our first house and we had no clue what to do.

Both my wife and I loved working with her not just because she is a go-getter but also because her patent high ethical standard is matched only by the excellence of her results.
We love Sheri and are recommending her to all our friends!!
