Originally from Bethlehem, PA, I made the Florida dream a reality by moving here shortly after I graduated from college. While first settling in Tampa, I obtained my Real Estate license in 1992 and then held the position of the Southeast Division's Corporate Real Estate Manager for the Insurance giant, Progressive Insurance. There I managed all Real Estate and construction activities for 98 properties. In 1998, St Pete Beach became my home. Here I managed 12 condominiums and provided first rate/ above and beyond service to over 200 owners living on St Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille, Treasure Island, and St Petersburg. I hold a license in Real Estate Sales and also Condominium Association Management. My previous experiences have provided me strong negotiations skills, problem solving abilities, the ability to multi- task while paying close attention to detail and familiarity with the market- all while making your experience a pleasant and happy one.
