Sherman began his real estate careere in 2003 with Century 21. After realizing I generated the source of my business relationships I knew I did not need a big name brokerage to be successful.That's when I started to look for an alternative. I joined Charles Rutenberg Realty (CRR) in 2004.CRR's philosophy promotes a Realtor's independence while giving support within the corporate structure of the company. After retiring from the Chicago Police Department in 2008 with 26 years of service I began to practice real estate full time. My associations include, IMBA (Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association), CDPE (Certified Disterss Property Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), ADPR (Accredited Disterss Property Representatives) and e-Pro (Proficient in Internet Technology). While concentrating my sales in the Chicago market, I am licensed to buy and sell real estate through out the entire state of Illinois. My educational background include a Master's Degree from The Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago IL and a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern Illinois University In Chicago IL. A member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
