Sherri Goldsmith, a Virginia native, spent most of her life on the East Coast. As a single parent raising three wonderful children for many years, all of whom are now adults, she embarked on a new chapter in 2011. In a heartwarming twist of fate, Sherri reconnected with her high school sweetheart through Facebook and, in the following year, relocated to San Diego with her two young sons, leaving her daughter back in Virginia. San Diego has since become their beloved home.
Sherri's journey in San Diego has been recorded by significant milestones, including her marriage to her high school sweetheart and the joyous role of becoming a grandmother, lovingly referred to as "Mimi." Throughout her time in San Diego, she has actively contributed to the community by volunteering with organizations such as Rancho Bernardo Pop Warner, Rancho Bernardo Little League, High School Sports, and in various classroom settings.
With her deep involvement in the San Diego area, especially in North County, Sherri has amassed extensive community knowledge. Combining this with over twenty-five years of sales and service experience, she has successfully sold over $8.6 million in real estate, which benefits her clients during negotiations. Sherri's husband's retirement from the Navy has provided her with invaluable insights and personal experience when working with VA Buyers. Additionally, she possesses expertise in assisting Seniors and guiding clients through the process of purchasing new homes.
Sherri holds several certifications, including being a Certified NAR Military Relocation Professional, a Veteran, and Active Duty Advocating Real Estate Professional, an NAR Probate and trust Certified, a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), and a Residential Construction Certified (RCC).
