She helped us find our wonderful new home even though we didn’t have a lot of time to look (relocating from out of state), and she made great recommendations for all the people and things we needed throughout the process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Sherri Smith. She worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect home. Sherri was helping us find a home while we still lived in California so she spent countless hours researching and reviewing listings and then went to the homes and did video calls with us. She showed us every detail of the homes and discussed the pros and cons. We felt incredibly safe with her knowledge and expertise guiding us through the process. Sherri is detail oriented, very passionate about real estate/architecture and design, she is trustworthy, kind and honest. This is something she truly loves to do and it shows. We felt incredibly lucky to have been able to work with her and we got the home of our dreams!

Always great in communication, emails and do extra steps. My co-op unit had many troubles with the sale from getting the document’s needed for the bank. Sherri helped guide me through the chaotic process and helped me close the deal last September 2021
