Sherry was born and raised in DeKalb where her family and many life-long friends still reside. Elburn is where Sherry and her husband of 15 years have raised their family. With 4 children active in Kaneland athletics and academics, Sherry has gained great knowledge of local schools, park districts and other amenities that the Fox Valley area has to offer. Sherry and her family spend their free time hiking with their dogs, biking and exploring forest preserves. Sherry and her husband enjoy the more extreme sports of scuba diving and skydiving. Those exhilarating activities do not compare to the excitement felt when she is on the sidelines supporting her children.
