I just want to take a moment to give recognition to a realtor we can't say enough good about!! We met Sherry Donohue several years ago when she devoted a full day to showing us homes all over South Carolina. We are from Western Pennsylvania so all we knew was the general part of South Carolina we thought would be appealing. Her patience with our indecisiveness was amazing and she gave recommendations and information about each county as we progressed through the day.
After all that time and effort, we decided to hold off on moving. But Sherry stayed in contact through Facebook and random texts for the next few years when early this year my son decided to move to Georgia. She was of course the first person we called and she led them patiently through many homes, providing very pertinent insight and guidance along the way. It was their first home so she asked questions they may not have thought about! They found a perfect place, and she stayed closely connected through the closing process, facilitating locally as they tried to navigate the process from PA. Everything went so smoothly! Shortly after, we decided to buy land nearmy son to build a vacation cottage and Sherry was happy to assist! We couldn't have asked for a better partner to get us through it. She always has our backs!!! We are excited to say we have a new contract on some dream property!! Sherry is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She worked all hours and days to

Sherry was extremely helpful during a very trying time when I was trying to find an accessible place for my mother who was on lockdown due to COVID. She understood my concerns and was flexible and willing to work unconventional hours to get my mother moved extremely quickly. She is very savvy and can handle everything electronically and by distance in a C19 world. She gets the job done!
