I’m a South Tampa native and No, it like the back of my hand. I’ve worked as an assistant property manager and leasing professional for upscale apartment communities since 1996 and decided to get my real estate license in 2002 where my focus is on Listing and Selling residential properties. I began in Pinellas county where I lived for about 10 years and then moved back to South Tampa in 2010, specifically the downtown Tampa, Channelside, Harbour Island and now Water Street areas. My niche would be Channelside where I also make my home and have worked full-time in real estate listing and selling ever since.
