She was very competent and knowledgeable in how to prepare my house for listing and the entire process of selling a home. She was very reassuring and kept me informed throughout the process she also patiently answered my numerous questions. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

There is so much involved with buying a home, and Sherry worked hard to make sure I knew every important detail. Thank goodness for Sherry! No one really tells you how hard it can be to find the perfect home but without Sherry’s help I don’t think my husband and I could have done it. She responded SO quick with any concerns or showings we wanted. She is there with you every step of the way and when we didn’t understand something she took the time to explain to us. She made sure the houses we were looking at all were in good care and that nothing was wrong. We were about to close on a house and with the pandemic going on we were worried we wouldn’t be able to but she made sure we closed on time. I could trust her with every step of the way. Thanks to her my husband and I are externally happy with our beautiful house we now get to call our home.

Sherry was a god send to my husband and I when we were searching for our first home. She was available at the drop of a hat, always reachable for questions, and was always straightforward with all answers.

As an example, my husband and I looked at a home that was a short sale. She gave us a bit of an idea of what we would need to do to repair the damages and then told us that, with our two kids at the time, that it may not be worth it since it was in such disrepair. We opted out of that home to wait just a short time and find the home we did end up buying.

Our home that we purchased was also a short sale and Sherry was so incredibly patient with me while my lack of patience kicked in just waiting on the bank to answer our offer. She was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your home buying needs!!

She is very knowledgeable in understanding changes in the real estate market, and does an excellent job in understanding your needs and budget.
