I think the best compliment I could give is as a Tenant I often thought I was their only tenant. They were very responsive to my concerns and issues. One thing that has to be remembered is they work on behalf of the owner, so if the owner is great and responsive they can be as well. On a major issue I had while renting while there were some challenging discussions I did feel as if Demco advocated fairly for the owner and tenant. I'm leaving the property now as I have purchased a home. I would certainly use their services in the future as a property management company.

I've had nothing but a great experience using DEMCO to rent out my unit. They were always responsive to any request or concern I had. They conduct themselves very professionally and I highly recommend them to anybody!
