This is a shout out to my son's fantastic realtor, Sherry Santmyer! My son is a 26 year old teacher who moved home with the goal of buying his own place. As you may know, that's not an easy task with the home prices in Northern VA. Instead of running from a young, first home buyer, Sherry jumped right in to help start his search. It wasn't easy, and the search included many highs and lows, but Sherry guided him through the entire process until they found the perfect place. We are very grateful to Sherry!

Sherry was terrific to work with from start to finish with my new home purchase. She seemed to work around the clock during the home search process. I would receive emails and text messages about houses new to the market early every morning and through the evening. Sherry was always accommodating to my schedule from taking my calls to showing me properties. She also has many great connections in the industry and introduced me with a fantastic lender and closing agent.
Sherry's wealth of knowledge and enjoyment for her job truly made for a stress free process. I highly recommend Sherry!

I've known Sherry for a number of years now but this is the first time we have used her as our realtor! I can't say how pleased we are that she has been our realtor! We have had a number of transactions from purchasing a temporary new home, selling our old home and getting us information about building our final house...she has done it all! Sherry is very professional, very responsive and always there to help! Moving and having multiple transactions as made things very stressful, but Sherry has always been there to help make things easier! We aren't finished using Sherry's services but having our old house go under contract with full asking price being met within 3 days of going on the market says it all! Sherry is the best!

Sherry is amazing. She's indefatigable when it comes to finding a new house. Sherry was my buyer's agent during the big post-pandemic real estate boom when everybody was trying to buy a house at the same time. Sherry patiently and persistently kept feeding me new listings, showing properties, making bids, and finally helping me identify and buy the perfect home, 20 acres at the top of a mountain. She knows Loudoun County, northwestern Virginia, and eastern West Virginia better than anybody. And I bet she's just as good as a listing agent. Call her for sure.
