My wife and I did our due diligence before putting our house on the market and interviewed several different lawyers, to make sure we worked with someone we thought would help us the most in this crazy market, and that we would enjoy looking for new houses with. Ken Arthur from Sherry Wilson's team was excellent. We were so glad we got to work with Ken. He was always extremely professional. From the first interview, explaining everything involved in selling our home and looking for a new one. We were in constant contact with Ken and he was always available, sending new listings, letting us know the status on homes and offers, etc. We enjoyed going to look for new homes with Ken. The second home sale was a short sale, which is never easy. We had to fill out and sign new papers on an almost daily basis. When the mortgage company dropped the ball right before our deadline to get the buyers in on the new home buyer program, Matt went to batt with the mortgage company management, enlisting the help of the Attorney General's office, to get it done on time. He bent over backwards to make sure the sale happened on time, and with very little financial reward.
