Sherry Wishney

Sherry grew up in the beach town of San Clemente, but her father brought her to Mammoth for ski vacations often. It was then she fell in love with skiing and all Mammoth has to offer. Sherry graduated from San Clemente High School and furthered her education by attending the University of Southern California where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Sherry obtained her real estate sales license at age 18 and worked initially for Coldwell Banker in Laguna Niguel. However, eventually Sherry could not resist the call of the mountains and her love of skiing. Sherry moved to Mammoth in 1992, thinking it would be temporary, that she could never leave the beach for long. Sherry was wrong. In 1996 she decided to make things permanent and joined the Snowcreek sales team. Sherry has been with Snowcreek since 1996 selling new construction homes and resales and became a Broker Associate in 1997. While she moved to Mammoth for winter, the summers are what kept Sherry here. She met her husband playing co-ed softball and they have two amazing, active children. It is a blessing to raise children in Mammoth with all the natural activities it has to offer. The best part about selling real estate in Mammoth is Sherry does not have to "sell" anything because Mammoth Lakes sells itself. She hopes everyone gets a chance to experience what she has enjoyed now for many years.
