A brief history of how her travels from childhood through today have been instrumental in creating exceptional experiences for herself and others. Sherry grew up in a large home in the outskirts of Philadelphia. Her father was a surgeon and she learned early on from him how to listen to clients/patients and really ‘diagnose’ what can help them thrive. They would take summer vacations in Colorado at the C Lazy U, a 5-Diamond Dude Ranch, which was the beautiful combination of rustic living and high-end service. She loved the Ranch so much she worked there two summers while in college. She learned from some of the best the true meaning of excellence while being a server there. After college, she moved south to Charleston and fell in love with the beauty, charm, and welcoming spirit of the people here. She began a twenty-year career with Bosch and moved from Charleston to Germany to Michigan, while traveling the world as a global sales leader. Despite having dinners in palaces in France, sushi in Japan, and climbing the Great Wall of China, coastal Charleston pulled her back time and time again. There is nowhere else Sherry would choose to live! Leaving the corporate arena and moving into real estate sales has been the perfect transition to helping others enjoy all the benefits of living the exceptional coastal life that Charleston offers.
The experiences Sherry has had in buying and selling her own homes in various parts of the country have had a lasting impact on what she decided she want to create for her clients. Both having had great experiences and having had parts of the process that could be better. What she means when she says, 'Creating Exceptional Experiences' is helping the buyer and/or seller enjoy the incredible process of real estate exchange. From the start, the decision to work together is one she takes seriously as a seasoned professional. Her desire to keep it simple, clear, and concise comes from years of leading multicultural teams to work together and accomplish our desired goal. These skills have translated quickly to be essential in the real estate buying/selling process.
