I can't say enough about Sheyla Falesto, not only as a realtor, but as a person. Sheyla truly cares about helping you find a home that perfectly fits your family's needs. Sheyla's understanding, of both on the buyer and seller side, of a real estate transactions is umatched, and she is able to clearly explain anything you have questions about in a way that even a child could understand. Sheyla works tirelessly for each of her clients and makes every client feel like they're her most important.

As a person, Sheyla is top tier. Sheyla has a smile that lights up any room, along with a warm and inviting personality that makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. Sheyla is a truly kind hearted person who cares about what's best for her clients, not only as buyer/sellers, but as people.

I will never use another realtor after being blessed with the opportunity to work with Sheyla.

She have all that qualities what you are looking for a realtors , She responded so fast , make you fell comfortable, listen to you what you are looking the time and we sold our condo less than 10 days for the best price also she help us to find out our new home. Sheyla Falesto was an absolute pleasure to work with. If buying a home isn’t stressful enough, it’s even worse in the setting of a pandemic. Her flexibility and attentiveness to selection made it very easy to go to see homes with the new policies that were put in place. She was so patient with me as I experienced a sale falling through to a seller backout and was ready to get me back on track as my family’s needs changed during the search for The One. Sheyla followed through on every single question and was always readily available. My own sister is a fellow realtor who was not involved in the home purchase but met Sheyla when accompanying me to appointments and felt very confident I was in good hands. She knows exactly who to call on and recommend for every part of the process. An all around good egg, she’ll go above and beyond for her clients.

Sheyla is incredible. The process of buying our home was tedious and drawn out extraordinarily long over several months because of a very difficult lender, but Sheyla remained courteous, patient and an absolute professional throughout. She helped with so many frustrating last minute requests and coordinated with all the parties involved. Her communication is top notch, too-- she doesn't miss a beat! We're so, so grateful that we had her support and couldn't have purchased our first home without her. We've already recommended her to friends.

Although we’ve been told the real estate market is booming in our area, my wife and I had been reluctant to list our property. We have lived in the Orangetown area for over 40 years and are now in our late 60’s. We have heard so many tales of real estate agents promising certain selling prices only to sell for a much lower price or non-responsive agents who list your property and then disappear or only take calls from
the homeowner Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or less! Since putting our house sale in the hands of Sheyla Falesto we have felt happy and at ease. Sheyla, has the most friendly, warm personality as well as has always been available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, kept us informed and been professional and courteous in all of her communications. Sheyla not only got us the price she promised but $20,000 over that price and never committed to anything she didn’t produce! This whole process has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with Sheyla. We are so happy we chose Sheyla to list our property and we have recommended her to numerous friends and family for whom she has also listed their properties as well as sold them new properties. We come from a very diverse family and we do have some family members who speak only Spanish. Sheyla is bilingual and has been so amazing at embracing all of the members of our family and truly making us feel like we are one of hers. If there were 6 stars we’d give them to Sheyla. She is now our “exclusive family sales agent.” We love you Sheyla. She is truly the best of the best!
