I had the pleasure of working with Shikha from Ikon Reality during the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home, and I couldn't be happier with her service.
The transaction was incredibly smooth, with no issues whatsoever. Shikha was able to sell my house at the price I wanted and even helped me find my dream home.
Shikha was highly communicative throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to closing day. She was patient and understanding, taking the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had at every step of the way. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and worked tirelessly to find the perfect match.

Shikha is a fantastic real estate agent! She provided us with a selection of homes that fit our budget and promptly provided comps for homes that we were interested in. Shikha is extremely communicative and responsive and answered all our questions. She worked diligently with the seller and is aggressive on negotiations which is exactly what we needed. She has tons of knowledge of the area and experience to guide us in the right direction. We will definitely recommend her to our family and friends.

As our family began to grow, we recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shikha Bhasin. Although this was our second home to purchase we had very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Shikha, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. When making such a large decision, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

Through the course of a year, Shikha had been there every step of the way. She had always answered every call/text or email no matter what time of day or night it was (even when requesting to see a house the same day just a few hours later, she was always ever-ready). Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, patience and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us make the best decision for my family.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Shikha walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Shikha for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Shikha to them!
