I don’t write reviews very often.. Shirley is the exception to my rule.

Shirley has been nothing short of fantastic since my first time contacting her till the close of escrow. I wanted my home sold quickly and Shirley knew this aggressive timeline was important to me. She got it DONE. Shirley answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she would find it quickly. Shirley is an expert in her field therefore she is busy.. but she does not forget to call and provide updates weekly, if not, daily. I never felt overlooked or uncared for. Shirley truly cares and is passionate about her job!

If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, Shirley DeHart is the one to go to! She is literally the sweetest person on the planet with such a kind heart. We were first time homebuyers and she made the entire process so effortless for us. She answered every question we had and stayed up on all areas of our home while it was in the process of being built. She advocated for us when we needed an extra voice on some items of our new build and was never afraid to get on the phone and call who she needed to to make sure we were happy! Without a doubt this was one of the smoothest transactions I've worked on with another real estate agent so far! Shirley took great pride and care in getting the listing ready to sell and my BUYERS immediately fell in love when they walked through the door.

Shirley was a fantastic realtor. As a first time homebuyer, she communicated the process and walked us through the various documents very effectively. During the entire process she treated us like family and never forced us into any decisions we didn't want to make. We drove our interest while she communicated her thoughts utilizing her experience and expertise of the areas we considered.

When we planned to sell our home, there was only one Agent we had in mind to call - and that was Shirley. Over many years we observed that the homes she listed in our area sold faster than homes listed by agents, which would sometimes sit for months. Once we began working with her we found out first hand why she is so successful. She priced our home very competitively for the market, her photographer is amazing and took beautiful pictures to showcase our home, and throughout the process she contacted us daily to keep us aware of what she was doing. But above and beyond those things, she is incredibly positive and encouraging. And, once we were in escrow she continued to check in with us to find out if we had questions or concerns, and to keep us informed about what would be happening through each step. I am glad we got Shirley de Hart as our realtor. She's an expert and knows our area (Sycamore Canyon/Canyon Crest) very well. She put up with our request to do multiple open houses so me and my boys can get together with my husband (who had taken up a job on Texas) as soon as possible.
