Shirley Fitzsimmons

Shirley is a wife, mom, friend, jewelry maker/vendor at the local farmers market, paralegal, very retired softball player, licensed insurance claims adjuster and foodie. The most important fact about her is that she cares about people. The purpose of her life has always been consistent; to make people around her feel comfortable. To see others happy brings her great joy. Shirley worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and much of that included investigating and handling claims in litigation. Her real estate background includes working for a real estate developer preparing closing documents as well as being involved in about a dozen personal transactions. They include buying and selling both residential and investment properties in New Jersey, Southeast and Central Florida as well as leasing commercial property. Shirley has utilized FHA and conventional loans, experienced cash closings and gained much knowledge from builders, attorneys, title companies, lenders, contractors, surveyors, inspectors, other insurance, and real estate professionals. She has always been hands on during the closing process and she cannot wait to help YOU reach your next goal.
