Shirley Golden is an excellent relator!

I had an offer on my home within hours of it being listed. And the closing took less than 20 days!!! She went above and beyond to sell my home. She put in additional sweat and time to make certain it was ready to show. I was expecting a long process but she reassured me that wouldn’t be the case. She had done her research and knew how to market my home and knew the correct price point. I wasn’t even in the state during this process. But Shirley made this entire process easy for me! My biggest stressor was trying to decide which offer to accept. I believe in two days we had 14 offers!

But most importantly, she was caring and honest! She gave me her opinion but allowed me to make the decisions. Shirley always made a point to keep me informed at every step. Shirley was such a great help and a pleasure to work with. I was in another state while looking and she would video call me for showings with no problem. She answered all my questions right away and with this crazy market it got stressful but she was always so positive.
