Shirley is a lifelong Westchester County resident she started her educational background at Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Pre-law. After college, she resided in Lower Westchester County after marrying her husband. Shirley currently lives in New Rochelle with her family. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and devoting time to her community school.
