Shirley and Scott were introduced to me by a close friend's family members who have worked with them for multiple real estate transactions. As a first time home buyer, I was completely clueless and nervous about the entire process, but I am so glad that I chose them to be my buying agents as they made the process way less stressful. When I first connected with Shirley, she talked me through the steps and was so patient to explain everything and answer all my questions no matter how basic or silly they may have been. You can certainly tell how much they value their clients because they make sure they are available to you no matter what.

It is no surprise that Shirley and Scott have a credible reputation in the Bay Area, especially in the Tri-Valley area. They helped connect me with mortgage lenders who they trusted would help me become a more competitive buyer. For example, one of the lenders they worked with had a special rate program for first time home buyers and Shirley was quick to introduce me to them as she knew it was an opportunity we couldn't miss. This lender had the most competitive rate during the time when market rates were quickly rising and I was able to lock in a lower rate to help me obtain the most affordable monthly payments. I couldn’t have asked for a better referral.

When it was time to finally look at properties, Shirley asked me exactly what I was looking for as part of my buying criteria and shared potential listings with me. Scott and Shirley went above and beyond to research as much information about a property that I showed interest in and let me know all the pros and cons before I made any decisions. They never pressured me or rushed me into deciding anything and reassured me when I was feeling overwhelmed. When they showed me one of their sold listings that fulfilled my dream home criteria, I asked that they help me find one with similar features and Shirley knew right away what my style was. Low and behold, the perfect dream home went on the market and I immediately reached out to ask how to best make a competitive offer. Shirley and Scott were conscientious of finding the best value for the home and applied their knowledge with a buyer focus strategy to negotiate the best price for me. I was able to get my offer accepted (at a price lower than market listing) quicker than I expected due to their guidance and reputable connection in the real estate network.

I am sincerely grateful for all the time and support that they put into my first home purchase and I know they would do the same for anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property!

When we decided to sell our rental property, we carefully reviewed various fliers from real estate offices. The one that stood out was by Shirley and Scott. Their cumulative experience over decades of real estate knowledge was immediately apparent when we met them. They listened to our wants and needs. They were patient and did not pressure us-since selling a property is stressful situation; they promised us that they would find the proper contractors to do the whole job-they kept their promise. They are thorough in explaining and helping us navigate the entire process of preparing our property for sale.
Our property needed a complete renovation from the foundation up to the roof, on all other areas such as kitchen, bathrooms all interior and exterior including fence, front and back yard landscaping. They have an extensive network of contacts.
Shirley and Scott suggested two contractors who could do most of the work . We got estimates ourselves from other contractors as well. We picked the contractor suggested by Shirley and Scott who were excellent. They suggested roofing contractor who did an excellent job.
They were involved on this project just as though its their own and managed from the beginning to the end including staging. We couldn't have wished for a smoother management.(transaction). We were very fortunate to find Shirley and Scott.
Our house was on the market for only 2 days with several offers and was sold for a top dollar offer.
We have been very happy and recommend Shirley and Scott very highly and will definitely go thru them if we need to sell or buy a property again. Shirley and Scott are warm, genuine and truly value their clients, work tirelessly and make us truly feel like we are their priority. In real estate it is always “location”, “location”, and “location “.
Among real estate agents it is “Commitment”, “Commitment, and “Commitment”.
Shirley and Scott have integrity, wholehearted commitment and most of all top dollar outcome. While some other RE Agents “Hype” their services, Shirley and Scott deliver!!

Shirley and Scott were a dream to work with! We met by chance and as first-time home buyers we were so anxious and discouraged about the process. Shirley and Scott helped educate us about the process and market, listened to all of our needs and wants, and helped us find our perfect first home. We still keep in touch and get advise on first-time home owner surprises! We are so thankful for their experience and knowledge and cannot recommend them enough!
