My diverse background and worldly experience fuel my success as a sharp, savvy, results-driven real estate professional. I was born in Amman Jordan and raised in East Brunswick, New Jersey where my parents relocated from Jordan. I worked full time for Tri-State Contracting and Trading Company in East Brunswick, NJ. Tri-State is an internationally based export company with offices in New Jersey, London and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. During my work experience at Tri-State I was office manager in charge of shipping and receiving, and also had to oversee various aspects of accounting. I then excelled professionally as an entrepreneur opening up several men’s and women’s apparel stores in various downtown areas, such as Orange, Bloomfield, Newark and Paterson, NJ. After ten years in the retail industry, I decided to focus my attention on Real Estate. My husband and I started purchasing apartment buildings and investing heavily in the Paterson area. My passion for real estate encouraged me to get my real estate license and put my years of experience and knowledge into selling residential real estate. My ethics and attention to detail inherent in my own personal real estate transactions have given me a strong foundation for excellent client service. The fast-paced, high-energy, commercial investments have set the perfect stage for my transition to real estate. I am extremely comfortable not only handling major contracts, but also in working with both domestic and international clientele. A dual citizen of the US and Jordan, I speak fluent English and Arabic, as well as conversational Portuguese. I draw upon an extensive network of contacts throughout New Jersey when bringing a luxury property to market or finding the perfect home for my clients. I am an avid traveler, as well as a long term patron and sponsor of many local, national and world charities.
