About Shuryl

After twenty years as an independent business woman and owner of a successful local salon, Shuryl Menapace pursued a career change. Shuryl sought a new career which would challenge her, provide her with new opportunities and allow her to learn something new. Working with people was paramount on her list of requirements for a new position. Enter Yaman Real Estate. Shuryl became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 and she's never looked back.

Shuryl currently resides in Groton with her husband, Robert. Though she and Robert are 'empty nesters"--- her three sons are grown and out on their own--she views this as a new chapter in her life and welcomes the "flexibility" being an empty-nester allows.

While Shuryl seems to have uncovered her real estate niche in student housing, investment and land, she also enjoys working with residential buyers and sellers; she views each listing and/or sale as a new opportunity and enjoys a good challenge. Blessed with the "gift of gab," Shuryl quickly puts her clients at ease and enjoys forging a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with everyone she works with!
