Shuyi Feng

Shuyi Feng is an Investment Manager at TriBridge Residential, and is responsible for developing and implementing the owner’s investment strategy to achieve each asset’s income, expense and IRR targets for a select portfolio of multifamily properties, including a condo conversion in midtown, Atlanta. Shuyi leads the preparation, analysis and review of annual business plans and operating and capital budgets, and identify any value creation opportunities. While at TriBridge, Shuyi has been involved with dispositions, recapitalizations, redevelopment projects, and various major capital projects throughout the portfolio.

Shuyi Feng received a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University. Immediately out of college, she served in the asset management group at Cortland Partners, an Atlanta-based multifamily real estate firm.

In her spare time, Shuyi enjoys travel, art, swimming, spending time outdoors with her friends. She loves watching professional football and basketball games and is an avid supporter of Atlanta Hawks.
