I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Sid. I needed a very small request of just a month rental while my apartment is being renovated. Sid went above and beyond for me. Attentive, immediately responsive and extremely professional. To me it was good “old school” and rare professional service. Excellent.

Sid is the consummate professional. Anytime I have a client wanting to move to Florida the first person I think of is him. He's knowledgeable, quick to return calls, and diligent with his work. Since I met him at a company seminar 3 years ago he has adivsed several clients I have referred to him. And I will continue referring clients to him in the future!

Sid was amazing to work with. We are from NJ and had to rent an apartment in Miami for our daughter, he made the process so easy. We never even had to fly down and see it. Between pictures, FaceTime tours and videos , Sid made it as if we were there in person. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Thanks to Sid , our daughter is now living in a beautiful Miami apartment !!
