Sidney Simon

With 15 years in the local market, Sidney’s career achievements are varied and numerous; most memorable was being a cast member in the second-season cast of HGTV’s “Bought & Sold.” Now, with the newly-formed West of Hudson Real Estate, Sidney is excited to be a part of this fantastic community-minded and progressive group of agents. As an engaged parent, as well as professionally serving as a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent Sidney has become incredibly resourceful for families who are looking to settle in Montclair and surrounding communities. She has had the opportunity to lead in a number of PTA positions, as well as being on the board of a couple of local non-profits. In 2017, she formally launched Sidney Simon Real Estate Services, which provides staging and furniture rentals to other agents, as well as detail-oriented staging services for her clients. Sidney is also happy to welcome Sue Weintraub to her team as an agent working with buyers and sellers. Sue brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as it relates to renovations, new construction, in addition to having a keen eye for landscape design. Sidney is excited about the value that she and Sue can bring to clients as they look forward to the opportunity to continue to grow their real estate practice.
