As a native Washingtonian, Silvia has lived and experienced the difficulties of the DC metropolitan real estate market and have seen it grow into the vibrant industry it is today. She earned her Business/Marketing degree from University of Maryland, College Park and has worked professionally in property management as well as advertising sales throughout the area before becoming a realtor. Her interest in real estate grew out of her own personal search for a home in suburban Maryland over 10 years ago. This personal experience provided Silvia with detailed knowledge of home values in the Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, and Kensington neighborhoods and familiarized her with the many school options, recreational facilities, and community resources available in the metropolitan area. Having grown up in a family of architects, Silvia prides herself in a natural ability to envision a home's current and future potential, particularly assisting clients develop ideas for remodeling and home improvements to meet their needs. Silvia’s Cuban American heritage gifted her with fluency in Spanish which enables her to communicate effectively with the larger public and with her service providers in the industry. She currently resides in the beautiful community of Ashleigh in Bethesda with her husband and four children. Silvia’s primary goal in business is the satisfaction of each one of her clients.
