Simon McGown is a uniquely full-service and knowledgeable resource in New York real estate. As an architect and cofounder of the multi-disciplinary design firm CO-Office, Simon understood the value of adding real estate agent to his resume. "I knew I could provide even more value to clients by getting involved in projects at the earliest stages, typically through acquisition and leasing," he explains. While working in real estate improves his design process, the opposite is also true. "Being a designer, I understand the bureaucracy of the city and can provide a higher level of due diligence, making for a smoother process both before and after the transaction."
