Mr.Reeder, Simon and Mrs.Reeder, Heather are excellent agents. I have worked with them twice to buying a house several years ago and selling a house recently. They are professional, and honest agents with a very personalized touch. They extremely care their clients. With their reliable helps, I and my family have through a complex process easily to sold our house in a very short period, found a good long distance moving company and moved to our new home in west coast from east coast. Highly recommended!!!

Simon really went to bat for us on several occasions! He understood our quirks and showed us several properties that really fit what we were looking for. He listened and always gave us good feedback on the pro-cons to each house (which is very refreshing since we never felt that it was just about the sale).

We finally purchased a new build. At first we thought Simon wouldn’t be able to help or be part of it but he was and we’re VERY GLAD he was there through that process! After running into some issues with the builder, Simon took it upon himself to call the sales manager and negotiate on our behalf to sweeten the pot a bit more....and boy are we glad he did. He was also a huge help during our pre drywall meeting and other walkthroughs. It was nice having another set of eyes there with us.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to work with Simon. Highly recommended!

Simon Reeder is a top notch realtor. He helped my family find our new house for over a year! We were able to buy the house we love on the street we wanted and this was because of Simon’s experience and knowledge of the market. Simon is so chill and easy to work with. He is honest and he wants his clients to find their home and have it feel like home. Simon is also a great listener and he made me feel reassured with my allergies by connecting us to services that will remediate the allergens in the house we bought. We bought this house during COVID-19 quarantine and Simon was very aware of all health precautions. I highly recommend Simon for your real estate needs.

Simon is an agent like no other. He had our best interest in mind and I specifically told him we really were looking for a place that just felt like it was meant for us. Simon would ask us when we went to see a house, ‘can you see yourself / your family living here? Does this feel like home?’
And if it didn’t feel like a place we could call home he would not push but reassure us our home was out there. And it was. And we could not be more excited for our new home.
