Simone contacted me about some undeveloped property that my son and his cousin had for sale. I hired her to sell it Within a few days, she had a buyer Unfortunately, he didn't show up to the closing. Within 2 days, Simone had another buyer, who now owns the property. During the whole process, Simone kept me informed of what was transpiring. My son was away in college and his cousin lives out of state. Simone showed great patience while waiting for documents to be e-signed and returned to her. Overall, she was fantastic to work with. Her professional manner and great communication skills will take her far within the her profession.
