Simone was wonderful to work with! I have a number of friends who are realtors and part of the reason we decided to go with Simone, is because even before we were qualified to buy, she stayed in constant contact and checked in regularly. She would reach out with homes that were offered for sale with seller financing as an opportunity to get into our first home. Most agents don't want to give you the time of day if you are not qualified. It took a little over a year but we got qualified and purchased our first home, in a very unforgiving sellers market. We were competing with buyers who had pockets of cash and offering up to 100k over asking! We were getting frustrated and a feeling of all hope lost but Simone remained positive throughout and was very persistent. After losing out on a few homes, we finally got our home and better yet, we got it for asking price! If you are considering hiring Simone, DO IT! She works hard and most importantly she stays in constant communication!

Loved our experience with Simone. She was there to answer all of our questions, meet all of our needs and then some. So grateful for the opportunity to work with her. When you are selling and buying in a crazy market it is so reassuring to have someone in your corner who is helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend her more!

We had a really tight budget in a hard market. Simone worked around the clock with us and found us an amazing home! We were new to the whole process and she was always available to answer any questions we had! I have already recommended her to and will continue to do so. 12/10!
