Sinclair Malcolm

When Sinclair joined the Compass team, he brought with him the premier client service skills that he had honed over seventeen years as a successful business owner. During that time, Sinclair’s love of design inspired him to manage several renovations, which he showcased via his stylish downtown retail space. The resulting hands-on understanding of repairs, remodels, and architecture gives him the tools to help his clients understand what to look for in houses.

Sinclair has a passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. With a deep understanding of the Seattle neighborhoods where he has spent his life, Sinclair is able to help each client find the perfect place.

Outside of work, Sinclair loves to travel – and when he’s at home in the Queen Anne neighborhood he loves to garden and cook alongside his chef husband. If you’re lucky, you might be invited to one of their famous dinner parties.
