I have been working in mortgage and real estate industries since 2000, and my experience in mortgage financing allows me to assist my clients in making wise and best decisions in real estate investments. Besides this, I have developed new experience and project managements skill of real estate into building renovation, expansion, and even building brand new single family construction. My real estate experience is beyond a standard negotiation of real estate deals and conduct an evaluation of real estate project, and I share my real estate experience of developments with my clients and give them the guidance and guidelines to start their own projects.
