Skip Homiak

Real estate is a powerful thing. Where a person or family lives becomes the center of their universe, their "home base," and a place where memories are made.
Skip has served the Delaware community for over 40 years, initially in law enforcement and later as an executive at the University of Delaware. Now, he is excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for helping others, he is ready to assist with their home-buying and selling needs.
Throughout his professional career, his reputation has been established based on his work product, attention to detail, fair and determined service, thoughtfulness, accessibility no matter the time of the day or night, and being communicative and honest with those he serves and represents. He pledges to apply those traits while serving those in all their real estate needs.
Away from work, he and his wife have three rescue dogs, including two greyhounds and a Jack Russell Terrier — quite a contrast! He believes they have the fastest JR on the East Coast since she tries to keep up with the greyhounds. They recently completed a large renovation project on a home they purchased; They have a large, blended family and enjoy taking trips to the Delaware beaches. Skip has bought and sold houses over the past 25 years.
As a full-time real estate agent with Patterson-Schwartz, he carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. Skip is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and will soon be obtaining his Maryland license.
