Skip has served the Delaware community for over 40 years, initially in law enforcement and later as an executive at the University of Delaware. Away from work, he and his wife have three rescue dogs, including two greyhounds and a Jack Russell Terrier — quite a contrast! He believes they have the fastest JR on the East Coast since she tries to keep up with the greyhounds. They recently completed a large renovation project on a home they purchased; They have a large, blended family and enjoy taking trips to the Delaware beaches. Skip has bought and sold houses over the past 25 years.
