Skye Ouellette

Skye is the CEO of Maine Street Property Management, Southern Maine’s Premiere Full Service Management Company. Skye began the company after leaving the corporate world as an experiened consultant and project manager. She has expertly taken the company to where it is today, managing a large portfolio of single family homes and condominium units; and growing.

Skye and husband, Joe, are experienced property investors, owning and regularly adding to, an extensive portfolio of single family rental homes in the Wells area and have a strong background in home rehab and renovation. Skye’s goal in leadership is to provide excellent management services to property investors from a seasoned investor’s perspective.

Skye is a licensed Broker with Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty in York and provides real estate services from the deal analysis, to the negotiation/purchase, and with a seamless roll right into full service management.

Outside of work, Skye loves to spend time with her kids, husband, and dog Charlie.
