Socar is the consummate professional. She is everything you want/need in a Realtor: knowledgeable, creative, smart and excellent at understanding what you want/need in a home. Socar was so patient as we were looking for a very specific list in our next home. She found it! The best part is that she treats you like family. She is relaxed, fun and has a way of meeting each person's personality, manner of conducting business and stress management in just the right way. I can't recommend her highly enough. I know that if you have the opportunity to work with her, you should. I also know that if she wasn't your Realtor on your last deal, you were most likely under represented....IMHO. From start to finish, hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. The initial market analysis, the prep list, and the professional photography made me want to buy my own house! Socar suggested a price that was right in the pocket, and then handled every detail of the process with efficiency and finesse. Although there is no way to completely eliminate the stress of selling a home, Socar’s confidence, professionalism, and can-do attitude drove the process to an outstanding conclusion.

Socar is amazing! She supported us through a difficult process, splitting our double lot and selling it. She worked with us, with our mortgage holder, found us lawyers and title companies to get needed paperwork (there was a TON of needed paperwork!) and held our hands throughout. She was supportive during delays and knowledgeable throughout. She took the part of the process that worried me the most - the financial negotiations - out of my hands, and got us significantly more that we ever thought that we would. Socar is upbeat, friendly, and wonderful to work with. I recommend her highly!

Socar has sold property for me multiple times. She was always spot on when suggesting selling prices. In addition, she had quickly done her research and had hard documents on hand to make her point. She was quick to provide me with other professionals needed when sales were underway ( contractors for remodels, AC technicians, locksmiths, appraisers,inspectors,etc.) who were always quick to take my calls when she was referenced. She represented me well with prospective buyers and made sure sales went through easily and quickly

When looking for properties to buy, Socar sent me daily updates on what was available within my parameters, and cheerfully showed me through countless homes whenever I wanted to look. She again took care of all communications needed with sellers and their representatives and worked with me until I found the perfect home. When in the need for real estate professionals in the future, I will not hesitate to call on Elegant Estates by Auction.
