I was helping my parents sell their property in Aurora and reached out to Sofia among 3 other top rated agents. From the moment we reached out to Sofia to sell our property, she was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area, expectations of the sale, breakdown of costs, and presentation were so on point while still being approachable and friendly. In this ever changing housing market, we were able to go under contract and close quickly all while she was helping coordinate moving boxes, staging the house, and negotiating for our best interest. I highly recommend her as a sellers agent, but I'd love to have her as my buying agent as well! 100% recommend.

Sofia helped me sell my home three years ago and most recently helped my wife and I purchase a home. Both experiences were fantastic and Sofia really is the best in her field and has 15+ years of experience. She is extremely kind, professional, and organized. She will make you feel as though you are her only client despite her busy schedule; she's just that good. She is quick to respond and knows who to contact when it comes to home improvement needs (electricians, painters, etc.), which we found to be extremely helpful. If there is anything she can help with, she will go the extra mile without hesitation. We highly recommend Sofia if you're planning to buy or sell a home, you're really missing out if you don't!

I worked with Sofia this summer to purchase a home in the Boulder area. I was a first-time buyer, so I had a ton of questions and needed a lot of hand-holding throughout the process. I had initial phone calls with three different realtors, and Sofia easily stood out - she was both knowledgeable and very easy to talk to!

I had planned to fly into Colorado for a long weekend in mid-August to see some homes with her, but ended up moving the trip up to the week prior as there were some new listings that I was interested in. Despite the incredibly last-minute notice, Sofia was able to meet with me for a showing the next day and even cleared out an entire Saturday for us to see more places. Throughout the house hunt, Sofia was incredibly organized and efficient, which was so helpful for me as a long-distance buyer so that I could get as much as possible done in one trip.

I put in an offer on one home and was outbid, but Sofia asked the listing agent to let her if know they heard of anything else in that complex becoming available. Coincidentally, there was another unit that was going on the market soon, and I got to see it and put in an offer very early - before it had been on the market for long. Because we were able to move so quickly, the offer was accepted without a bidding war - all due to Sofia's diligence and proactivity.

Throughout the closing process, Sofia was very organized, setting up inspections and working with my lender, and she kept me in the loop while still doing all of the heavy lifting on her end. I had a lot of questions throughout that month and she always responded in a timely manner (often within minutes).

On the whole, I feel very fortunate to have worked with Sofia - because of her expertise and dedication, I was able to buy a home that I love, at a reasonable price, in an incredibly competitive market for buyers. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Denver/Boulder area!

She is professional and amazing at her job, yet managed to always make me feel like I was talking to a friend. We had a wonderful experience with Sofia as our realtor. She was recommended to us by a work colleague. As first time home buyers in the Colorado area, the real estate market was really overwhelming and so having an advocate in our corner was essential. Sofia was always available for any questions, to see homes on short notice and helped us greatly by connecting us with incredible financing professionals. She was willing to work around our busy schedule with a baby at home and never wavered no matter how many homes we wanted to see. She gave us great insights into the values of the homes and their long term potential. We even went under contract with one home but changed our mind after the inspection came back and she handled us backing out of the contract with ease. We did not have to worry about anything. She even purchased us a home warranty for the first year as a gift which we took advantage of to fix some items in the home. If we ever purchase another home, we will use Sofia again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
