Sokha was an AMAZING realtor. She really knows her stuff. I'm in a life transiton and have been under alot of stress. For about 2 weeks, I didn't know where I was going to have a place to live. A friend recommended Sokha and she reached out to me immediately. She was attentive and had a good eye for the pros/cons of every house we saw. When I was ready to make an offer, she had my BEST interest at heart. She was truly a fighter on my side! Some agents will only want you to make the highest offer and not care about rather it's the right house for you or what it does for the overall housing market. Sokha isn't like that. She's trustworthy, responsible and intelligent. I've been so fortunate to have Sokha as my agent, I can actually call her my friend she's so awesome. Contact her! You won't regret it!

We were fortunate to have Sokha as our agent. She was very knowledgeable, and responsive. She sold our house and bought a new home in a crazy though market. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable. we will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sokha was amazing to work with! She made us feel comfortable in our home buying experience and she was very informative throughout the process. I felt assured that she was always looking out for our best interests and I really appreciated her communication while we were going through escrow. I felt comfortable with asking her any question and she’d always get an answer for me if she didn’t know it already. I would definitely recommend Sokha!

Sokha is amazing! She helped us find our first home. We are so lucky to have found her. We tried working with other real estate agents and we simply did not feel they were there for us. Sokha helped us find our first home. We found Sokha by pure coincidence and we are so grateful we did. Sokha is dedicated and showed us many homes in a short period of time. She was kind, knowledgeable, and it shows she lover her work because she always met us with a warm smile. Now that I am here, sitting down writing this review in our new home I am so thankful it was her who helped us, because I am sure we would not have a home right now if it wasn't for her. One of the rare duos working great together. Sokha and Erik helped my finding my condo and they were next to me through out the all process. And they still are even the deal is completed. They are great with detail, made everything easy for me. I got my place and closed the escrow sooner than expected :)

Sokha and Erik made this process so easy. They are true professionals with great integrity and knowledge. My husband and I were looking for our first home. We started this process a year ago. We had to wait to make sure we were completely financially secure. They waited and as soon as we were ready they found us our home so quickly. And my husband is a picky man. They were so accommodating and patient with all the looking and searching. They made sure we were first not going to overpay for a home and/or taxes. They really did their homework and research on every home we looked at. They looked out for our best interest. If we look again, we are definitely going with them. Just two amazing people that always made time for us and our crazy schedules.
