Soledad Tobar

For over 20 years, Soledad has been a true advocate for home ownership by being an affordable housing expert, having sold income qualified homes in a variety of areas throughout Denver. She is also an expert of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, a federal funded home ownership program designed to assist families with low to moderate income achieve home ownership.
People will find her teaching first time home buyer seminars for local nonprofits and government agencies to assist those in need of information, grant programs and buyer assistance programs.

Soledad is a native of Chile but has lived in Denver for over 20 years. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
