Somphane was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process! She truly cares, and took time to understand our goals, along with the situation and experiences which drive them. Somphane went out of her way to ensure that the sale of our home, and the purchase of the next one went as seamless as possible. She was very attentive to our needs, addressed our hesitations/concerns, and wasted no time in providing clarity wherever it was needed. She made what would otherwise have been a very stressful event, during a chaotic market, into an extremely joyous occasion for our family. We are celebrating the outcome, and celebrating Somphane for making this dream come true!

As a first time home buyer in a very competitive housing market, I needed to find an agent who I can trust, is patient, and who knows how to handle the climate of today’s housing market. I came across Somphane, who immediately gave the impression of someone who is incredibly enthusiastic, personable and honest. Since the very beginning of the home-buying process, Somphane was always attentive and aware of what I was looking for. She also connected me with a lender who worked very similarly, who I decided to use. Somphane and I looked at several homes together, and once I found the one I wanted, she told me exactly what I needed to do to make a competitive offer. And i’m very glad to be writing this review from the first home that we made an offer on! I highly recommend Somphane for anyone thinking of purchasing a home.

I was connected to Somphane Jones through a colleague of hers, and from the get go, we felt extremely comfortable and confident she would help us find what we were looking for. Not only did she find us the perfect place, but she helped us navigate any obstacles that come with moving. She didn't waste anytime, and found us listings to look at immediately. She always answered promptly if we had a question, and called us immediately if something needed to be done on our end. Somphane went above and beyond as a professional, and is truly a great person in general. Her respectfulness, and advice did not go unnoticed. We love our new place, and are grateful to have met Somphane in the process! I'm not huge into reviews, but Somphane deserves all the stars from Google.
