Sonja's many years as an award-winning high school educator in Alaska, personal real estate and vacation rental investor, second home owner in Kailua-Kona, and with multiple transactions and sales as a Realtor® in West Hawaii, have given her the experience and skills needed to help others in the home buying and selling process. She is meticulous about making sure each client receives individual attention and her focus on detail and market analysis is well appreciated.

Sonja is a life-long educator and advocate for the integration of arts in life. She understands the importance of work-life balance and sees her job as a real estate agent to help others to not only make the best financial property choice, but also to find that harmony in paradise that life on the Big Island can provide. Whether a client is interested in a second vacation home, full time residence, corporate retreat property or a retirement haven, she has extensive knowledge of West Hawaii and the variety of property types and locations that might best suit a client’s needs. She has experience in estate and probate real estate sales and has helped families negotiate the sometimes rocky road of selling an estate in Hawaii.
